We specialize in Virtual Web Hosting which means that you can find a home for your web site on our web servers and establish a presence on the internet. If you desire, we will help register your own domain name which will become your unique address on the World Wide Web.

Do you offer dial-up internet access?

No, you will need local Internet access in order to maintain your web site and retrieve email addressed to your site.

How do I transfer files to my web site?

Files may be transferred to the web server via Microsoft FrontPage, File Transport Protocol (FTP) or your site's File Manager.


CAUTION: If you use FrontPage to publish your website to our server, then DO NOT
use an FTP program to upload, edit or delete your files in the WWW directory that are FrontPage related. This is where your FrontPage extensions are and you will corrupt the FrontPage extensions on your account. Should corruption occur, however, you can easily reset them through your control panel.

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?

You have unlimited access via FrontPage, FTP or File Manager  24-hours a day. You can create your web pages offline on your own computer's hard-drive and upload the files to your website at any time.

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?

Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes.  Please contact us for additional information.

No, reselling of space within your account is not permitted.

What contract and payment terms are available?

We have four plans in our offering payable on an annual basis.

Payment for our services is processed through PayPal.  Payment is due prior to set-up. 

If you are not completely satisfied with our services at any time or wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, a full refund will be given for the hosting portion only for any months remaining unused in your subscription.  (Domain or web site design costs excluded.)

Yes. We encourage our customers to send us an email with questions or concerns about their web site if they cannot find the information from our website's Support page.

How do I place an order?

To place an order:  Click on the "Buy Now" button for the plan you wish to purchase on our Hosting Plans page.  You will be taken to our New Account Form.  When you complete this form and hit the submit button, you will next be taken to our order payment page. Again, we urge you to review our Terms of Service as there are several usages which are not permitted and we reserve the right to deny service per our TOS.  Any account found in violation will be terminated without prior notice.

How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?

Your account will be set-up within 24 hours after notification of payment received.   You will receive a welcome email with your login and other important information.   As soon as your account is set up, you can immediately begin uploading via your IP address.  It may take up to 24-48 hours for your domain name to probagate to our servers. If you plan on using FrontPage to publish your pages, you can initially FTP your pages to your site and then republish using FrontPage when the domain points to your account.

Are there any restrictions to the content I can host?

Yes, there is a very specific list of items which violate our Terms of Service.   Please read our TOS before signing up. Any account found in violation of these terms can be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Is my site backed up and how often?

We do standard backups of all accounts nightly.  HOWEVER, it is the client's responsibility to do all backups of their site.  If, in the unfortunate event, something happens to your files, it is YOUR responsibility to have a local copy of your files.  We are NOT held liable in any way for any files, money, time, effort, etc. lost due to an unfortunate event.  If your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but we make no promises whatsoever about whether the files will be brought back successfully or not.  BACKUPS are the client's responsibility.

Does your Hosting Service handle Domain Registration ?

Due to the number of hostile domain name transfers we've experienced, we will provide you with the information you require to point your domain to our servers.  In those cases of a first time domain name registration, we can arrange it for you upon request through GoDaddy.com.  However, as prices vary from Registrar to Registrar you may prefer to have your own domain prior to registering with us.

How long does it take before my domain name is active?

Once your domain name has been registered and pointed to our servers, it usually takes about 24-48 hours before it is active. All internet providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect new site locations. This is called propagation.

What is the fee for domain registration ?

Domain name registrations are available in a vast range of prices.  It has been our experience that almost all of our clients have their own domain already registered.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?

Yes, you may upgrade your account at the beginning of a new hosting period.  If you would like to upgrade your account, please contact us using our contact form with your request at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a new hosting period. There are no service charges applied to the upgrade; however you will become responsible for the new higher fee associated with the upgraded plan.

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx) direct payment through PayPal.

How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your account by contacting us through our Contact Form.  As stated previously, any charges for any full unused months in your Subscription will be refunded.

Refunds do not apply however, to accounts removed due to TOS violations.

What about billing and over due policies?

Billing is on an annual basis.  All amounts you see are payable once a year and cover a 12-month period.  Should you prefer to set up your payments on a subscription basis whereby your credit card is automatically credited for the renewal, please let us know and we will provide you with the information needed to make this choice. If payment is not received within 7 days of the new hosting period, the account will be temporarily suspended.  We will send you an overdue notice.  If payment not received within 5 days from the date of the overdue notice, the account will be removed from our servers 3 days later.
